The Brownstone Project brings together Brooklyn’s leading experts and craftspeople across the fields of architecture, construction, and specialist stonework, metalwork, carpentry, landscape design, and more. Many of these specialists have been practicing their craft for generations, and are well-versed in the unique practice and challenge of working on these 19th-century townhouses.

The Brownstone Project offers two services to discerning clients. An end-to-end service, locating the ideal location and building and building the home to your desired specification, from a range of presented options. Clients are as involved in the process as they like courtesy of an assigned project manager. Alternatively, we can also re-develop your existing property, subject to the property being unoccupied.
